What to expect
When a course administrator registers you for a course, you will receive an email from Proserva with the subject "Registration Confirmation for [Course Name]". This email contains a View button that takes you directly to your course.
New to Proserva?
If this is your first time using Proserva, here is what happens when you click the link:
Click the View button in the email. It will open the Proserva course page in your browser.
Create your account. Since you are new, Proserva will detect this and guide you to a signup page. Your email is already filled in — you just need to create a password.
Complete your profile. After setting your password, you will be asked to:
Select your role (e.g., Standard User)
Enter your name
Select your state
You are in! Once your profile is complete, Proserva will automatically redirect you to your course. You will land on the course page where you can see the course description and access the course content.
Note: This signup is a one-time process. The next time you are registered for a course, you will skip these steps and go straight to the course.
Already have a Proserva account?
If you have used Proserva before, the process is even simpler:
Click the View button in the email.
Log in if needed. If you are not already logged in, Proserva will show you the signup page. Click "Log in here" instead, enter your password, and you will be redirected straight to your course.
If you are already logged in, clicking the link takes you directly to your course page — no extra steps.
Having trouble?
If you click the link and see a message that the link was intended for a different email address, it means you are logged into Proserva with a different email than the one the course invitation was sent to. Simply logout of Proserva and log back in using the email address that received the course invite.
If you do not have a Proserva account at all and run into issues, reach out to your course administrator or contact Proserva support through the help icon in the bottom right in the app.
