How to Create a Proserva Account

Creating your Proserva account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Go to the Proserva Website

Navigate to proserva.co and click the Login button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

You’ll be taken to a login screen. Enter your email address and click Next.

Step 3: Choose How to Sign In

You’ll be given three options:

  • “I’m new to Proserva” – Use this if you're signing up for the first time (most common).

  • “I was invited to join” – Use this if you received an invitation from an instructor or admin.

  • “I’ve used Proserva before” – Use this if you already have an account and want to log in.

For most new teachers, select “I’m new to Proserva” and click Next.

Step 4: Select Your Login Method

You can:

  • Connect your account with Google

  • Connect your account with Microsoft

  • Or create a login with an email and password

Choose your preferred method. In this example, we’ll use the email and password option.

Step 5: Choose Your Role

Select your role:

  • Teacher (most common)

  • Administrator (if you are setting up an admin account)

Click Next.

Step 6: Enter Your Personal and Organizational Information

Fill in the required details:

  • Location (e.g., Minnesota)

  • District or Organization – Start typing your organization name. If it's already in our system, it will appear in the dropdown.

    • If it’s not listed, you can create a new organization.

  • School or Site – Add this if needed.

Step 7: Agree to Terms and Conditions

Review the Terms and Conditions, then check the box to agree. Click Next.

Step 8: Access Your Account

You’ll be taken to your Proserva homepage. Your account is now active, and you’re ready to begin!
