Access District Requirements
Log in to Proserva and open the Network Portal.
Select Learning from the main navigation.
Open the Requirements tab.
The Requirements dashboard displays all district requirements that have already been created, along with an overview of educator progress.
Create a District Requirement
Click + Requirement at the top of the page.
Enter the requirement title, such as LETRS Training.
Add a description to explain what educators must complete.
Enter the minimum number of required hours.
Select who the requirement applies to:
Everyone in the district
A custom group of educators
Save the requirement.
Using a custom group allows you to assign a requirement only to the educators who need it. For example, an early childhood training requirement could be assigned only to early childhood educators.
Once created, the requirement will appear on the profiles of the selected educators.
Monitor Requirement Progress
The Requirements dashboard shows an overview of each requirement, including how many assigned educators have completed the required hours.
Select a requirement to view more detailed information, including:
Educators assigned to the requirement
Clock hours submitted toward the requirement
Each educator’s total approved hours
Completion status
Use the available filters to narrow the results by information such as:
Site or school
Complete or incomplete status
Export a Requirement Report
You can export requirement data when you need to report on completion or review progress outside Proserva.
Open the requirement.
Click the Report option.
Download the report.
The report can be used for compliance tracking, district records, or sharing progress with other teams.
How Educators Apply Hours to a Requirement
Educators record professional development hours through their usual Record Hours process.
When entering a CEU record, the educator will:
Add the title and details for the professional learning activity.
Enter the number of hours and any supporting information.
Upload evidence documentation.
Select the checkbox for the applicable district requirement.
Submit the record.
Once selected, those hours will be counted toward that district requirement.
How Educators View Their Progress
Educators can monitor their progress from their renewal dashboard.
Alongside the State requirements view, they can select District to see:
District requirements assigned to them
The number of hours required
The number of hours they have recorded
Their progress toward completion
This gives educators a clear view of both state renewal criteria and district-specific professional learning requirements.
