The Tracking tab includes:

Statistics

Visual summaries include:

  • Feedback provided by month

  • Observations completed by month

  • Teachers with goals

  • Teachers who have received feedback

  • Total number of teachers at the site

  • Percentage of teachers with goals

  • Other site-level coaching and evaluation data

Use this section to quickly review participation and activity across your school.

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a coaching summary for teachers at your site.

For each teacher, you can review activity such as:

  • Feedback received

  • Observations completed

  • Rubrics completed

  • Goals

  • Conferences

  • Private notes you have recorded for that teacher

Use the available filters to narrow the dashboard. For example, you may filter by coach to review activity associated with a specific coach at your site.

Conferences

The Conferences section allows you to monitor conferences that have been configured by your district and assigned to educators at your site.

Use this section to review:

  • Conference assignments

  • Participant progress

  • Completion status

  • Due dates

  • Forms, rubrics, goals, or observations connected to a conference

Conference templates and assignment criteria are configured at the network level. Site administrators use this section to monitor progress for the educators at their assigned site.

Goals

The Goals section displays goals created by teachers and coaches at your site.

Use the available filters to narrow goals by information such as:

  • Status

  • Date range

  • Coach

  • Tenure

  • Role

This section helps you review goal-setting activity and monitor educator progress across your school.

Reporting

The Reporting section allows you to generate reports using rubric results collected at your site.

Reports can help you review and compare results by areas such as:

  • Rubric

  • Assessor

  • Tenure group

  • Educator group

Use this section to identify patterns and better understand rubric results across your site.
